We are familiar with dealing with tenants and ensuring that landlords meet their legal obligations in terms of having safe gas heating equipment in tenanted residential properties. Gas Safety Regulations state that landlords must only use a RGII engineer for maintenance and safety checks on gas equipment they own and provide for tenants use in domestic premises.
Upon completion of service we will issue a certificate to the Landlord for their records. Tom McHolmes Plumbing and Gas Services Engineers are all RGII registered and can show proof of their membership – this is clearly marked on the back of the engineer’s registration card. In addition to our regular services we can also offer a safety inspection service which is often useful before granting a new tenancy.
